π‘ Learning Exchange April 2025 - Navigating the private rental market
This monthβs learning exchange will cover the private rental market. As the housing crisis worsens, private renting becomes more difficult to navigate due to low vacancy rates. It will take time for more housing stock to be available and in the interim, private rental options can be tapped into.

We're thrilled to invite you to the next online Advance to Zero (AtoZ) Learning Session.
Each six-monthly Learning Session provides a key opportunity for those involved with AtoZ to meet and share progress towards our common goal. You'll have the opportunity to interact with one another and learn from peers facing similar challenges across Australia, as well as upskill your abilities in a number of key areas.
